Active choices scheme

"Active Choices" is the council's physical activity referral scheme. The scheme provides support and guidance for people whose quality of life can be improved through taking part in regular physical activity.

Health professionals, including GPs, physiotherapists, hospital consultants or practice nurses can refer people to the scheme who have a wide variety of health conditions.
