Circuits are an excellent way to build strength whilst burning calories!

Our classes are a combination of stations which work your upper body, lower body and core – whilst simultaneously giving you a cardio workout.

So why waste your time pounding the treadmill and doing weights when you can do both at once? Also light weight training combined with cardio is proven to be far better for burning fat than cardio alone.

Our instructors are fully qualified personal trainers so you know you are being trained by an expert and they can tailor circuits to meet your goals, whether it be bulking up or toning.

The atmosphere of a group session is brilliant for keeping you motivated and is a great way to meet new people whilst getting fit. All ages and abilities are welcomed.

Classes are on Wednesday 7 - 8pm
