
Classes - Kettlercise
Kettlercise is a fun, new and unique way to get in shape.
The exercise is a development from kettle bells which is effectively a light weight with a handle which you manouvre using momentum and virtually all the muscles in your body! It's a workout that is non-stop and a fantastic fat melting, muscle toning and endurance building session.
Within just a few sessions you will see improvements, particularly in your legs, bum and stomach. This class is unrivalled when it comes to producing results and whatever you’re current fitness level or ability you will be sure to find kettlercise fun yet challenging. All ages and abilities welcomed.
