Pilates is a low impact exercise class suitable for almost everyone. It’s an excellent way to lengthen and strengthen muscles without adding bulk, a great way to prevent and rehabilitate injury, corrects many postural problems, helps re gain abdominal and back strength and can alleviate stress.
Claire is qualified Stott Pilates instructor with over 10 years teaching experience in the health and fitness industry. Courses must be booked in advance and run on a Tuesday night - beginner’s class 8 – 9pm and the improvers class 7 – 8pm.
