
Classes - Yoga
Yoga is gentle yet challenging physical practice which can help to improve strength, stamina, flexibility and coordination.
Yoga also works with the energy of the body and of the mind; to improve clarity, concentration and well-being. This particular style of Yoga focuses on adapting the postures to the individual and therefore is suitable for all, regardless of age, fitness and physical ability.
Classes run on Thursdays from 6-7pm at just £5 per class
