Personal Training

We have a personal trainer based at the centre who can help you work towards your goals whether it is dropping a dress size, training for a race or just for an improved quality of life.

Personal Training is an effective way to reach your goals without the obstacles that can deny you success. You're only human and it is no surprise that sometimes you can't quite do 100% of what you intended to do some days. Busy schedules, monotonous routines and training partner drop outs are all guilty of getting in the way of being the person you dream to be. But personal training can mitigate these hindrances. No distractions but all focus, expertise and fun!

My Story


My name is Pete and I am the PT at SBSC, we've all had our struggles and I've certainly had mine. I had to battle back from an illness to get myself back in shape and I know how hard it can be. I made a commitment to train hard and eat correctly and a few months down the line I'm getting the results I wanted. Personal Training Packages

1 - 2 - 1 Sessions or 1 - 2 - 2 Sessions

Sessions can be booked in single or multiple session packages, the more sessions you book at once the cheaper it becomes!

Single Training Packages
1 Week Intensive (Inc 4 1 hour sessions)
2 Week Intensive (inc 10 1 hour sessions & nutritional guidance and planning)
4 Week Taylor made PT (inc 4 1 hour sessions & nutritional guidance and planning)
6 Week Optimal PT (inc 4 1 hour sessions & nutritional guidance and planning)

Couples Training Packages
1 Week Intensive (Inc 4 1 hour sessions)
2 Week Intensive (inc 10 1 hour sessions & nutritional guidance and planning)
4 Week Taylor made PT (inc 4 1 hour sessions & nutritional guidance and planning)
6 Week Optimal PT (inc 4 1 hour sessions per week & nutritional guidance and planning)

Holiday Package 1-2-1
Beach Body (4 weeks prior to holiday) includes 3 one hour sessions per week plus nutritional guidance

Holiday Package 1-2-2
Beach Body (4 weeks prior to holiday) includes 3 one hour sessions per week plus nutritional guidance

Sport Specific Package
Includes 3 hours per week over a course of 8 weeks

Wedding Package Bride or Groom
Includes 3 one hour sessions per week over 16 weeks plus nutritional guidance and planning
