New Zumba Gold Classes
Friday 13th January may be unlucky for some .... but lucky for you. That's the day that our new Zumba Gold classes start. Zumba Gold is a fun low impact class! Suitable for beginners to Zumba, active older students, or those looking for a slower class. Same great music with easier steps! All ages welcome.
